This policy explains how Pace uses cookies and similar technologies on pacehq.io and app.pacehq.io.
What we use cookies for
- Authentication (required): Stytch B2B session cookies keep you signed in to app.pacehq.io and tenant workspaces
- Security: short-lived tokens and CSRF-related state where required by the auth provider
- Preferences: minimal UI state (for example, theme or session continuity) when applicable
- Website analytics: privacy-first first-party analytics on pacehq.io via Umami, without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking
What we do not use
- Advertising cookies
- Third-party tracking pixels for marketing retargeting
- Cross-site profiling networks
Third-party cookies
Joining the waitlist from pacehq.io does not require authentication cookies. Stytch may set cookies when you create an account or sign in on app.pacehq.io. Stripe may set cookies during checkout on their hosted pages. We do not allow analytics vendors to set marketing cookies on the product without explicit consent where required by law.
How to opt out or clear cookies
You can clear cookies in your browser settings. Signing out of Pace removes active session cookies. Blocking all cookies will prevent login.
