Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to all users of Pace workspaces. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Prohibited conduct
- Illegal content or activity — anything that violates applicable law
- Spam and unsolicited messaging — bulk email, SMS, or chat abuse via Pace services (Messages, Inbox, agents)
- Agent infrastructure abuse — credential stuffing, scraping, crypto mining, denial-of-service, or attempts to exceed rate limits or spend ceilings
- Reselling without agreement — offering Pace as your own product without a written reseller agreement with Pace HQ LLC
- Security attacks — probing, bypassing authentication, or accessing another tenant’s data
Resource use
Agent and API usage must stay within your plan’s entitlements and configured spend limits. Automated workloads that materially degrade the platform for others may be throttled or stopped.
Enforcement
- Warning — for first-time or minor violations, when safe to do so
- Suspension — temporary loss of access while we investigate
- Termination — account closure for serious or repeated violations
We may skip earlier steps when necessary to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.
