Use the same public list prices Pace publishes on the homepage compare card: Slack Pro, DocuSign Business Pro, 1Password Business, and Dropbox Business Standard. For ~20 people that core four alone is about $825/mo. With wiki and automation seats, Pace’s published stack range is roughly $940–$1,169/mo. Pace does not replace QuickBooks — if you still see it on the homepage invoice, treat it as “other SaaS you keep,” not a Pace feature.

FAQ
Why omit QuickBooks?
Pace has no accounting app. Including QuickBooks in a “replaced by Pace” total would be misleading even if the homepage invoice still shows it as part of a crowded SaaS receipt.
Are these official vendor prices forever?
No — they are public list-price snapshots used in Pace marketing math. Always verify current vendor pricing before budgeting.
Which Pace plan matches ~20 people?
Headcount guides in docs/PRICING.md put ~13–36 on Scale ($299). Operate ($149) is the smaller-team pitch plan with four core apps.
