Per-company pricing — no per-seat math
Pace bills the workspace, not each human as a line item. Employee counts in our docs are sales guides, not a seat tax. That is the whole point versus Slack, 1Password, DocuSign, and Dropbox.

Inbox conflict (stated, not papered over): Some UI copy and landing/interactive/src/plans.ts still mention Inbox on Operate. Entitlements SSOT is docs/PRICING.md + store.go: Inbox is Scale and Own only. This page follows that.
How to read “no per-seat”
- You do not get a Slack-style multiplier when you hire person #14
- You pick Operate / Scale / Own for capability + stage, then join the waitlist
- AI usage may be metered separately — illustrative on the homepage, not a hidden seat fee

FAQ
Is employee count a hard cap?
Docs use headcount as a guide. Billing is plan-based (apps + agent tier), not a published per-active-user meter for the core subscription.
Where is Inbox?
Scale and Own only, per docs/PRICING.md. Operate is four core apps.
Can I start on Operate and upgrade?
That is the intended path once billing is live. Today: join the waitlist and tell us the plan you care about.
