Terms of Service
By using Pace at app.pacehq.io you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.
1. Service
Pace provides a unified hosted workspace (chat, passwords, documents, and related apps) under one subscription. Features vary by plan tier. Beta features may change without notice.
2. Your responsibilities
- Lawful use only; you control consents for data about your users
- Keep credentials secure; admins manage invitations and roles
- No abuse: no malware, scraping other tenants, spam, or security probing
- You are controller of workspace content; we process it as processor under our DPA when provided
3. Billing
Subscriptions bill through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices may change on renewal with 30 days’ notice. Usage metering may apply per plan documentation. Taxes are your responsibility.
4. Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable for partial periods unless required by law or stated in a promotion. Billing errors: contact us within 14 days.
5. Intellectual property
We own the Pace platform and brand. You own your content. You grant us a license to host and process content solely to operate the service.
6. Third parties
See Subprocessors. Integrated open-source apps in your tenant remain subject to their licenses.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Service provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability to amounts paid in the prior 12 months or USD $100, whichever is greater. No indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend for breach, non-payment, or security risk. Data handled per our Privacy Policy and retention schedule.
9. Governing law
